Brad has over 25 years of commercial lending experience, with 18 years focused specifically on the insurance industry. He has worked with privately held and publicly traded retail agencies, associations, MGAs, program administrators, wholesalers and carriers. Throughout his career he has been involved in 250+ deals approaching $1B in transaction value.

Brad has held a number of leadership roles in several prominent financial institutions. Most recently, as Director of Strategy & Partnerships at Oak Street Funding, Brad worked alongside the executive team to identify and implement key strategic projects, analyze the competitive landscape, and manage external partnerships. His innovative approach and strategic insights helped enhance the company’s operational efficiency and market positioning.

His earlier roles include Vice President positions at Associated Banc-Corp, STAR Financial Bank, and LaSalle Bank, where he excelled in sales, financial analysis, and relationship building. He holds an MBA from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University, with concentrations in Finance, Entrepreneurship, and Management & Strategy, and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Butler University. He resides in Zionsville, IN with his wife and kids.
